This is what I was hinting to. It hits me very odd that Westell has been hurting for money and then invests on the most expensive business software system around. A real Mercedes Benz. Not a requirement for a company their size. Power to them if it makes them more marketable.

The company in question actually improves business processes and productivity, the company could be better buyout candidate. One thing also to mention, SAP can cause large groups of employees to become obsolete. Most of the time they are just shifted around to other job functions, but if a company is really serious, they could cut a lot of people, especially accounting and inventory clerks.
