Hi Arthur,
If NCT only has exclusive rights to Sarnoff's code and other companies are producing MPEG4 video capable software products, what makes NCT's product better than the rest? Since any member of the MPEG consortium can produce MPEG4 video products, isn't this a commodity market? How does NCT differentiate its products?

Regards,
Craig

Arthur,

If you followed my posts, you will see that I specifically said that they had Exclusive Right to Sarnoff's codec of MPEG4.

Are you saying that NCDR has exclusive use of Sarnoff's MPEG4 codec and no other company can use the codec? If so, that would be amazing.
