Gerald are you having a bad day? The tone in your message is a little severe. Were you not once a newbie? Have you gotten a new job as the self-appointed spokesperson for the E*Trade IPO process. If you don't want to answer newbie questions or help others then don't. It's a little silly to answer questions from newbies and bitch about it.
