Hey Lucky I believe you. I mean if Junior believes you why shouldn't I? If the paperwork is done and sent in as stated, then we shall see won't we? They didn't do it last year as it was September and they said they didn't want to pay for the whole year. So surely the states act fast if that was their concern then. Yet they didn't do it in Jan, Feb, Mar either. We are closing in on June now and still no new states listed as registered. I bet when you pay your utility bill they mark your account paid a whole lot faster than that. Another explanation would be that they were just plain lying and that the applications haven't been sent at all.
