Don,

The fascinating thing about the advance decline line and the breadth of the market since our October bottom has been how much of a contrary indicator it has been. During the past couple of months with the internals being less than dramatic we have risen several thousand points. Now with the late broadening of the market we have what at least appears to be a short term top in the market. Now I know that it is still too early to say how this will play out. I think the future direction on prices will be hanging in the balance until the markets sees what the FED is going to do. And really when you think about it, if the FED does raise or change their bias the bond market by itself could takes months to settle down before rates begin to fall again. Which btw is something that I believe will happen based on how I view the longer term chart of the 30yr.

Time will tell.

Regards,

SO
