Petty? Not at all. These details are important, especially if people may be influenced to buy the stock you are representing this information about. If you are making misrepresentations either intentionally, or just by stupidity, it is still your responsibility to see that it is accurate. That you brush it off now as petty only exposes your inability to take responsibility for what you have said.

As for your quote, allow me to refresh your memory:
We are currently licensed in 27 states and there are applications on his desk for the for the rest of them, they just have to be notarized and sent out, it will take approx 30 days for each state to respond and we're in. They did not do this back in December because the fees are based annually and hey, why waste the money if we're not up and running!!! #reply-8165505

Still they are only registered in 22 states, not the 27 that you claim was said or the 23 that they list on their site.

You would call me petty because you have misrepresented? Or because they have misrepresented? Take responsibility for your actions I say.

Credibility is so important in today's world.

Oh, there is also another rather minor point here. Just why did Charlie even have these applications on his desk? He works for PABN according to the web site and all other reports.

Since Gold Country Securities is the one that makes all transactions (according to the website), why would Charlie even have the applications in the first place?

PABN doesn't need to apply for these licenses. Gold Country Securities is the one that needs to be registered.
