I wonder if it's a problem with their leased line or whatever? I haven't got any notice about TOPS from L-W yet.

Well I called and LeoWeb was only down for about 2 minutes.

Seems like it does go down at the critical times though. Makes one wonder. The phone isn't so bad.

When in doubt ... go flat.
