That's fine to say Roger, but these things have not been forwarded as assumptions. They have been forwarded as fact. And the only established facts are that PABN says that Gold Country Securities handles all transactions. And Gold Country Securities is registered in only 22 states. The rest about being registered in 50 states and indeed even applying for registration in all the remaining states appears to be misrepresentation to put it kindly. Is it responsible that some one may have bought shares because they were lied to about PABN/PRWT being licensed in all 50 states? Is that what you are saying? Just let it play out. Screw the investor that may have relied on misrepresentations?
