Bill: Thank you for your post about a reverse split. I believe, if the company has made a determination not to do a reverse split, they ought to put out that information in a formal statement. Other companies with a large number of outstanding shares have done so. If the new CEO is interested in advancing the share price of the company, resolving that issue would likely make a significant contribution. A reverse split is a big bugaboo. If ambiguity remains (as in 'we're too busy to consider it now'), it will continue to exert downward pressure on the stock.
