Also, the question of motive for the involvement of the "Life Foundation Trust" in all of this has to arise IF it turns out to in fact not be making an arms-length investment into HITT.

Well, LFT ain't a "not for profit" organization, so I imagine we can guess what the "motive" is.

As far as arms length transactions, or, on the other hand, related party transactions are concerned, well, they'd have to declare the second in that 10K that's supposed to appear today, wouldn't they?

Actually, in a Lexis-Nexis search I did find something interesting. While the general news database contained 12 hits on the "Life Foundation Trust," eleven of those were stories about Hitsgalore from the past month.

But the twelfth was something else altogether:
