Indeed Roger the NASD has been listing these license registrations now for months. Note that the latest one of these is from August of last year. Nothing at all registered in 1999. In fact the website for PABN has even been listing Ohio in addition to these 22 states, even though the NASD does not list OH. Charles is a registered broker. Applications to trade have been filed in all 50 states.. Just curious how you know that the applications have been in fact filed in the remaining 28 states?
