SJ sale should be announced soon according to a colleague of mine who spoke to Peter Benz. Fiscal year ended April 30. Don't expect any filings for AT LEAST 6 weeks after that. It's the logical time to do it especially since the SEC is going to REQUIRE it soon (or be relegated to the PINK SHEETS). best to all and later, leroyt P.S. Got an private message that said SASI wouldn't tell me what they did. I was a little surprised that anyone would speak much BUT they did. If they're nearly done buying I'm sure they'd just as soon encourage others to buy. Was it true? I don't know.
