How do you think our cessation of bombing and disarming of the KLA would politically go over with the Kosovars??>> How did Vietnamese feel? I have couple of friends from Saigon reciting horror and dismay... Kosovo "deal" will be packaged appropriately..Rugova and so on..and yes Kosovars were betrayed and next generation would remember..we should never hinted to them that we can give them Kosovo at Sebs expense, never.. ..Same with Wye accord..can't deliver
