I use an ISP. For some reason today I was kicked off about three times. It is unusual and has not happened with my new ISP (about four months) until today.

My fills are generally quick. From the time I hit transmit to the transmission of the order is about 2 to 3 seconds (seems like an eternity!) and the fill is generally back within 5 seconds tops. Lately CME has had some problems with the fills, but when it is all working smoothly the above is the time frames as best I can tell.

I just looked at the quick order window and will continue using my old method. I like the ability to have several orders parked. Heck, I always have six orders parked, two buys and two sells for my normal number of contracts, and two for double the normal number in case I wish to SAR. Then I will also frequently enter a series of stops in anticipation of an order. The series will be at 1/2 point increments and that way I can select which one I wish to send with the order should I choose to place an order.....

It works for me....and I keep leoweb minimized on the task bar and call it up whenever I wish to do an order. I keep most stuff minimized unless I am looking at it.
