I agree with you on most points, but i am sure there are many many unregistered shares out there that are still held in the street name. Many people do not call for their certificates as many here have. The main EVENT that will cause the shorts problems ( IF THEY EXIST) is when it is time for the dividend to be paid. The shorters out there will still be able to short MDHM and if the dividend was being paid in the form of free shares in a publicly traded company they could and would continue their games for as long as they wished. The trap if you will is the fact that Medinah Gold is a private company, that is how we will break the shorts if they are out there, and i for one hope that they are..

Ken thats the best post I have read on the 'short story'
Your views are right on....it will be a bonus as the illegal short play only adds to our value. If the MM's can afford it ,the SEC may ask for compensation to MDHM as well as paying the dividend!!Hopefully it will not lead to litigation as we can BUST the shorts and basher's sooner instead of later!!
Regards,
Bob
