Well Scrapps,

That H&Q report certainly places Aware in a front seat. Are there any experts on patents who can give parameters on the possible success of AWRE being awarded the G.lite patent? Since G.lite depends on the original patent from Amati, how are the patent issues divided up? On the sale of a g.lite chip would a certain percentage from each chip go to TI/Amati, and a certain percentage go to AWRE, or can one simply license g.lite from AWRE and bypass the original TI/Amati patent?

Any takers?

All the best,
Michael
