This so called oil for humanitarian money is a lot of crap--- I don't know where I read it , but about a third is to pay the US and Kuwait for the war against them,, -- I don't recall exactly all of the nuances , but it works out to about 10 or 20 cents a day for evey Iraqi.. Big Deal...
