This latest rally and sell-off has been on declining volume. Also, I've felt like SI in general has been quiter than usual. Not sure what to make of it -- complacency? It's not summer yet?

Tuesday is FOMC and Dell earnings after the bell.

Jim, you probably have answered this a few times.. does your 13 wk crossing list include crosses to the upside and downside of the average or just to the upside? And is there a capitalization or stock price threshold you trim to.
