Whatever problem with the solution, you must accept the notion that Sebian-Albanian interests are mutually incompatible....Milosevic or not..It is like attacking Nute Gingrich, Republican Agenda with Nute or without....demonising people prevent solutions...
Serbian interests as largest power in the region must be taken into the account, more so receive priority...for any solution to be viable...
At the end neither you nor administration can't avoid simple but loaded question, how many dead, how much destruction justify "victory"
as defined by removing Milosevic, but not solving anything

Ron, it seems to me that once people like you start to understand
bit by bit (and I think you have) what a tragic miscalculation
and catastrophe our leaders have achieved, the war will be over, before plight of refugees become unbearable..can't safe dead
