It seems like the Nomad is already designed and is not using MicroOS. I make that speculation based on the fact that EDIG has never been shy about telling us (press releases and names on Web page) when it has a new customer... even when they are months and months away from a finished product.

Maybe next year they will be involved in the new and improved version of Nomad?

It is interesting, however, that posts about the Nomad have been on this thread before and you have not wanted to speculate about potential relationships. Do you know something that we don't know?

Well its about time some body mentioned the different players in more detail in an article. I have been corresponding with several techy Web sites to encourage them to do a detailed testing and comparison article on the players. One Web site has agreed to do it. This article was a start, but not what I think the consumers really needs. Oh, good find bob.
