Walter I can assure you I do not work for EDIG and I have no idea if the Nomad device from Creative contains our technology. From its description it appears to be a good candidate for it, don't you think? Like everyone else here I am speculating, however it is entirely possible that the new Nomad does indeed contain our MicroOS. Remember that it is fully scalable to any compression system, not just EPAC from LU. They do not have an exclusive with us and Creative has yet to announce any of the details of their new Nomad device. Surely you wouldn't expect EDIG to release news of their device before they do so themselves. Cheers. Bob
