Well, from what I read on RB the move was in anticipation of a signed agreement that was nixed at the last minute. We should be able to tell, once the initial daytraders bailing is over, wether there are things in the works that are solid if we then start seeing the accumulation again. I have the same feeling, why write anything if that was all you had to say. Posters gave more info about the company than Tom did, and he is the same source of the info. Doesn't amke sense. I'll get over it. I just don't understand it.

Not too excited about style of Tom's mail, but after reading it about five times over, satisfied with its content. I guess the thing to remember here is that it was only an EMAIL and not an NR or PR. It would have been nice if Tom had elaborated more. The important thing for me is knowing that TMMI is still an ongoing concern ! Tom seems to indicate that the "fractals" that TMMI possess are valuable because there is a timely internet market for them. I am somewhat confused by the legal issues and would appreciate any help from anyone here that can explain the process of TMMI getting the money from the judgement.I did like the amount of money he mentioned. I think there are some very good things going on with TMMI but Tom seems to be holding back. Well anyway, I was very happy to see that he put out the EMAIL as promised. I think it would most helpful to us if the TMMI website is continually updated so that we can read read Tom's comments there as to progress. (Tom, are you listening ? ) Don't know where J.Merlin went but he couldn't argue that Tom didn't produce. Tom ,if you are reading this, this would be a good time and a good medium for you to return for future discussion. I still think that if we get some kind of contract, we will move quickly higher than this .03 range. Something was going on last week with all that volume. With something coming in the form of a PR, I think we could break right through the .08 that we reached a few days ago. Tom, please think about returning here to begin posting again. MAGGIE MEADE
