You state valid concerns....

And your very real concerns are shared by all MVEE shareholders. Perhaps the company has issued more shares, perhaps not. We need to know this in absolute terms. The expected SEC filing will settle that issue. As of the last canada filing the outstanding shares are stated at about 109 million and lacking any other documentation to the contrary these are the numbers we have to work with.

The number of shares outstanding June 10, 1998 was stated as 90 million by Alexander Wescott, so the company has issued 19 million additional shares in approximately the last year. IMHO this hardly constitutes a share issuing frenzy, despite all of the mythical estimates that have been posted on the threads. In fact 19 million appears to me to be rather conservative, more indicative of a company getting the dollars they need to continue operation than a company trying to soak shareholders by issuing a vast amount shares.

The numbers stated above are not the product of creative writing and are well documented. My June 1998 share numbers are from the Alexander Wescott recommendation available on the Unofficial MVEE web site mvee.com or from the Rubenstein IR MVEE Info package. The current share numbers are from the canadian version of Edgar, the link is available on the web site noted above.

".. Please forward some factual evidence of poor bookkeeping practices and where the money is being spent. If you can post it as factual information for me to see besides just your statements of it supposedly happening; I will sell Monday.."

I have no desire to influence anyone to buy, sell or stand on their head. What you do is "your thing", dude.

My point is that Cataldo needs to clear the air about all such issues..!!

It's common knowledge that all sorts of "..crap.." goes on with the money involved in the movie industry - in general; i.e.: the misdirection of funds, phony-fees here, phony-fees there, non-participants on the payroll, etc.

If you want to know more about the kind of garbage that goes in in Hollweird, ask your favorite account. His professor probably used examples of studio monkey-business in his lectures....
