Same standing,
I am also a shareholder and SI member. You have no documented basis for allegations of accounting problems at MVEE that you have presented in any public forum. Whether you blather fiction about purchases or state in a seemingly rational manner that such problems do exist is not significant without the supporting evidence to back-up such charges. Of course every investor in any stock wants good accounting practices but the bottom line is that you have no evidence to show that MVEE books are anything other than spotless. Feel free to correct me anytime I get something wrong, you can be assured I will do you the same favor.

Well, I agree with you about the issue of minding the money.

And JeffO/Paltel, Mr. Unofficial MVEE, acts enough like a paid tout that the SEC should probably investigate his claims that he is not. For all of his attempts to look unbiased, he is far too transparent in attacking the things that have been posted negative the stock.

Tony Cataldo has quite a history that really is worth reviewing on the SNTKY threads on Yahoo and RB. They loved him at the beginning of his tenure, but I believe after he apparently misrepresented his educational record and the stock suffered, he was gone. But definitely reading up on this guy is worth the time of anyone investing here in my opinion.

Interesting topic you present. Trying to think what in life does not have a dark cloud over it. Life is about choices daily. Everyone picks their road to live with. The exception is always the individual in what road they pick. A generic expression regards deviant or crimminal behavior is improper. The bottom line may be "How many people can we trust with our check book?" IMHO saying any enterprise is filled with deviant behavior is incorrect. MVEE is a winner. Certainly not overnight, but, contracts, revenues and profits are what we are investing in. Anyone whom has ran a business has to pay insurance and take care of the storm clouds as they appear. It is called dealing with it, or make the problem go away. Best wishes:)
