Well, technically i'm correct within the narrow terms at which I was looking, which is the relationship between 10, 4, and 2.5. I hadn't seen any new figure for preferred, so wasn't considering it. Could we both be right -g-

I just take a real dim view of all these paper games anyway. If they're running a mineral exploration company, why don't they go out and find some freakin minerals. Paper is not a mineral, though Lord knows fortunes have been made in its production and distribution. Has anybody ever seen one of these 'Call Yer Certs' operations benefit the minority shareholders? ... rhetorical question. Here's what happened with rmil - #reply-3021723

And threatening an SIer .... I mean come on. Jeeez.

Mike: Consider there could be 9,291,000 more pfrd issued also = 2,322,750 Mecinah Gold at 4 to 1....

It may be that some shares were issued of pfrd to purchase the Chile Project and we were told they may have been common shares.

Did you ever think anyone from the company would tell you about any missing shares? Heck if NPEC can loose 10,000,000 shares out of there total issue what would stop MDMH from issueing another 2.3 or 9.2 million give or take a few million.

Not uncommon with the past information flow coming from the same management in each company. Some one will see the lights go on when they find the share count is off and there cannot be a Audited Fincial statement filed with the SEC to become full reporting without the true balance of the share count for either firm.

So who can answer the question for each MDHM////NPEC who holds all the missing shares.... Lot's of money on the table now to not have the questions come from the company in a news rls or some type of flow to all investors IMO..

Regards,
Jim...
