Luc, I believe you miss the point. Infrence and innuendo with strongly suggested answers is not he same thing as simply addressing a concern.

Lets see what sorts of irroneous conclusions we have here:

Everyone knows how those folks in Hollywierd are. Since these folks are in Hollywierd, then they must as a matter of course be like all folks from Hollywierd. So, before we can move forward, we need to have the company clear the air on all of these issues.

1. Everyone in Hollywierd eats caviar for breakfast. Now, noone has said that Brooke Shields eatc caviar, but we need definitive proof that she does not.

2. Everyone in Hollywierd (females anyway) spend time on the casting couch for their parts. Now, noone has said that MVEE has such a casting couch, but the CEO should address this issue and offer proof that can be verified that he indeed does not have a casting couch for such purposes.

3. Everyone in Hollywierd has "funny" ways to account for the company money. Now noone has said that there is anything wrong with the accounting procedures of THIS company, but the CEO should address this issue and offer the names of the accountants so that thousands of potential investors can call them up and question them at length about the actual procedures used.

And the list goes on. You see, it is very difficult and counterproductive trying to prove the negative. And there is absolutely no reason that the company should waste resources even addressing issues such as this.

I would agree that if there is a valid reason for an issue to be addressed, then that issue should be addressed, but if the reason is because someone is worried about chasing non-issues just because he or she cannot sleep at night, then I suggest that person sell their stock (Assuming that they have any in the first place) and move to a more conservative investment. However, in the absense of any indication that there is anything wrong with the accounting procedures of THIS COMPANY, then don't look for the CEO or anyone else in the company to address the issue on any level.

Now then, that having been said, Where is there any indication or evidence of sloppy accounting practices by this company? Just the Facts, please.
