Kevin, if you did any kind of research you would have known the company (scii) was about to be delisted and new management and new money (with a new focus, while still supporting its other tech) had already agreed with NASD to go forward with a reverse split as part of the "new deal". It's called credibility and that is what the new management and new focus is all about.

The short-term prospects changed after the stock-split was in the works. Complete shake-up of the Board and Directors of the company, new additions in team with the old, new direction of company, 3-4 million cash, 1 million cash infusion, Sensar assets of $4 million for sale, no debt-- that's a quick run-down.
There are plenty of experienced investors that are in SCII. I don't mind you guys attempting to short it, I doubt you can, but if so, I'd appreciate the dip. Can you deliver?
