You are so fortunate living where you do. . .what a beautiful place to live. Perhaps digital satellite transmission would serve you better. . .FAR faster speeds available than telephone. . . .would be worth checking into. . .I have never heard of the problem you have. . . but if you are running over phone lines, it's a wonder you can get anything to work. Now that I use a cable modem, I don't know how I got along without it.

try a cable modem out befor you try a really expensive fix such as a dsl line. i know i have some delays with si aswell, and it can be bothersome at times, that even with a cable modem, but its getting better. i guess there are to many of those *.com stocks out there sucking up the bandwidth
