1. They negotiated a deal; 2. The shares (of both AWS and PRWT) were placed in an escrow account (where they remain); 3. AWS became a subsidiary of PRWT (now PABN).

Hahahaha. So according to your spin they were 100% acquired just like RMC that unravelled after 9 months. Hahahaha. That means John Schmitz is a financial genius if he structured the deal like that. The deal that never completes, then eh? If they are still in escrow then that means that there are still some unmet conditions and yet again maybe another announcement just like the "PanAmerican BanCorp has recently decided to forgo pursuing opportunities with Realty Money Center, Inc." Hahahaha.

So you have been deployed to SI, perhaps because the research is leading uncomfortably close to the source of the money that PABN is using to run it's operations? Are there more Greenway Capital/Cortlandt people lurking in the wings here? The story is getting better and better.

Need I remind anyone that financial filing with the SEC would have long ago helped to straighten these details out, but for some reason they have refused? Maybe we are now hitting on the reason they have been evading the filing of these financials. Time for DD. Time for DUE DISCLOSURE.

Daily License Watch for Insider Trader. State Count = 22.
CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NASD, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OK, OR, PA, UT, VA, WA

It has been stated that I-T was Licensed in all 50 states. These comments were attributed to sources at PABN/PRWT. That was supposedly knowledge directly from the company. After a repeated nose rubbing that they are not, it was finally admitted that they were not, that they were only applied for. This came from a meeting reported here that I call the ShareHolder Show Around on April 23rd, 1999.

So the story is that they are applied for. This is knowledge directly from the company.

Charles Vaccarro claims that the licensing will be complete within 30 days after application. This is knowledge directly from the company.

(Evidently they were all applied for on April 23rd at the latest.) So as a public convenience I will list the states as they become licensed. There are after all only 7 more days so the flood of licenses must surely be coming within the next 7 days.
