I was talking about the paid recommendations of the newsletter. The company, in THIS case STRU, is paying for being mentioned in this newsletter. And in my opinion a good DD involves checking the one who is touting a stock. Almost all stocks went up and then fell like a stone.
This doesn't however necessarily mean, that all recommended stocks are scams or worthless. I think we agree that this playfield, ie. smallcaps, is involved with very high risk, so my opinion is that if someone can't stand the heat, he should keep his fingers away from these issues. If you can afford it it's a very exciting game to play...and if it goes up big time it's better than sex ;-)

DGIV may be a great example but talk about comparing apples to oranges (pigs to cows?)! DGIV was a startup working on deals with no history and really no assets other than the talent of one person. they were breaking new ground in a brand new and unproven industry (internet telephone) that does not appeal to that many people worldwide.

Conversely, STRU has been in R & D for a number of years and has previously had a stock price of $6.50. Through their research they have developed a new and better way of doing business in well-established and stable industry that is important to every person on the planet--food.

Is this P & D? A pump and dump, by definition, is a stock that goes up for no excuse other than marketing and hype only to settle back down to where it started after a few days or weeks. Seems to me that STRU has a lot more than that going for it. I don't expect that it will go straight up to test its historical highs, but then I didn't expect it would go past .065 on Friday.

As always, just my opinion and you may want to ignore it.
