Absolutely, A great example of inflation, Too much money chasing too few stocks.. I have talked a lot about this with my broker friend..
Thats why I am selectively long..

I don't think it is a new era, and that is because I dont think the
"MAN" has changed from a philosophical viewpoint. Sorry to sound too philosophical, but all the good and bad characteristics of "MAN" are still there, like greed, so "MAN" has not changed.

I hear all the time that this is a new era, and throughout history there has always been a new era. As time passes, something that was
new is no longer new and accepted as the norm. This is just a cycle
in the natural process. We just dont know exactly where the top of that cycle is.

Just a YING-YANG viewpoint.
