Sword, I believe management would have to register their intent to sell. However, if lower level employees were granted options, not only would they not have to register, but they may not be able to hold out for larger gains even if they believed it was going to happen. If a lower level employee were facing a financial emergency and had been granted options in place of part of their salary, they may not be able to hold out for greater gains. I do believe that Gordon's statement that Canadians are shorting has validity if there are people who target companies with floorless debentures. Information on the short position in this stock would give us some clues. Regards, Suzanne
