Mohan, you are absolutely right! Small and medium sized businesses will probably upgrade before year-end. And, the fortune 1000 type companies have been at work on this y2k issue for a while. So, don't expect any major changes in the PC market landscape. The industry is healthy and, aside from the e-machine playing havoc with consumer ASP's, don't expect any significant ASP erosion on the corporate side. Regards, Gabriel
