Paul..I agree. Sell the snowmaking biz, concentrate on the defense bids (our national defense budget is set to grow each of the next 6 years plus an add'l $16 billion they are adding on to this year...I think defense contractors are set for a number of good years in a row now after years of cutbacks) AND find a buyer for that real estate...the real estate alone is a 'hidden' aset could bring in a significant sum of money to the bottom line....spread over only 1.7m shares. That is my opinion only but I have looked at that aspect and talked to a couple other people about it. gpg
