David B, to find evidence of Digital River involvement on Dell website, go to Gigabuys, and click on "Software on Demand" button. A script comes up advising that you are leaving Gigabuys and going to a site owned and operated by Digital River.

Perhaps there is no p.r. on the DELL/DRIV relationship because DRIV could be paying DELL in order to operate the software on demand store.
