Luc, I am assuming that you read the post jhild made to me earlier today. It is not that she either makes or does not make a valid point, rather it is the problem that she attempts to force an answer when no question was asked in the first place. Often, there is no point at all, but instead an attempt to dominate the thread.

Her post to me:

<<<<<So this is your convoluted way of saying they don't need to file financials with the SEC or follow sound accounting practices? >>>>>

No where did I ever say that they should not report to the SEC, and no reasonable person would conclude that I did. That was a complete misrepresentation consisting of on outright fraud by jhild. Also, I never said that the company should not follow sound accounting practices. jhild, however, saw fit to say that I did.

Now, there are those who would support jhild and say that all she did was to ask a simple question. But, a simple question is no where close to what she did. Instead, what she did was to tell me what I said in the form of a leading question. It is sort of like when someone asks: "Do you still beat your wife?" It does not matter what the answer to the actual question is, because any answer will be an admission that you did, at least at one time, beat your wife.

I will be happy to address the valid concerns of any shareholder of the company to the best of my ability, but as long as jhild continues to misrepresent even the most benign of statements to further her agenda fraudulently, a conversation with jhild concerning facts about the company is just not possible.

There are many details of this company that we do not know. jhild is in the habit of making assumptions that fit her view of the company and stating them as fact. If anyone dares to offer another view, then it is jhild that calls them, the company, and anyone else who supports the view liars. All without any clue what is going on. All you need is two shareholders with slightly different viewpoints and jhild will put them together and claim that the company obviously lied. This does not further the free flow of information. Instead, what it does is to focus the thread on jild and her goal which is to discourage small investors. When they read just a few posts and all they read is folks arguing with jhild, they are more likely to move on.

The bottom line here is that shareholders should adopt a policy of discussing the company, its good points, and its bad points among each other, but completely ignore jhild's fraudulent misrepresentations. Do not allow the thread to become jhild's private playground.
