I ask you again, go back and read #12500. It explains in detail a case that is similar to this one. As to why the Dept. of Justice has not brought charges against Wen Ho Lee, I can only guess. Perhaps Richardson feels that this situation is an embarrassment to Clinton if this case is given publicity and resort to delaying tactics. Perhaps, they are developing the case prior to making an arrest. However, Justice is headed by Janet Renoe and her cronies. She has already displayed that her first priority is to protect Clinton from embarrassment. On the other hand, to do nothing other than have the guy fired speaks volumes regarding the Clinton administration's concern, (or lack of) about national security. Do you agree?
