Which puts your position directly opposite that of the SEC. My position of course is that I think they should report. So you are trying to paint the SEC as NOT thinking they should report? The new SEC disclosure regs are phased in only because they would be overwhelmed if they made all non-reporting companies report at the same time. This does not mean by any means that they support PABN's non-reporting status. Just because they are not breaking the law, doesn't mean that they have been given a mandate not to report. They could have done the right thing at any time by reporting. No, they have been too busy trying to hide what they are doing, not report it.
