Selling at this point would be ......well just sad really. I am pretty amazed at the complete lack of confidence in Winfield suit by pretty much all JV's. I think most are trying to distance themselves and move on with other projects. If UP has not talked in a year or so, then I do not see them changing their tune now, resolving this one in court will only happen if Adda can get "legal aid". Pretty much my worst nightmare has come true, and Adda is going to be another VSE shell. Don't forget if it between Adda and UP for Can, you know who it will be.
