Hope you don't mind but Roger asked me to answer this one.

Gosh, there you go again, taking on NASDR. According to you, they are not doing their job. Not punishing Charles Vaccarro, Gold Country and Insider-Trading for what you think is some kind of disclosure violation. Personally, I think the SEC and the NASDR ARE on top of their jobs.

And, in that uniquely twisted way of yours, you think the best way to deal with this breach of rules and regulations is to discuss it with Roger. However, as we both know "dealing with knowledge" would require the prudent man to call NASDR and the Company to find out what this means, if anything, rather than jump on the shareholders about it.

But then we are not prudent are we, nor do we like to "deal with knowledge."

Also, this little gem is really telling to those who do know something about the subject: "There are possibly two conclusions that can be drawn from these facts. That he has broken NASDR disclosure rules or that Gold Country Securities is I-T and there is not yet a completed transaction for the I-T subsidiary. But in either event he has not disclosed to the NASDR that he is the President of I-T. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk."

Silly you for not knowing what you are talking about. Your "two conclusions" are a bit off. I suggest you go do some research on this before spouting your lies and pretending to know something about this subject. Tsk, Tsk indeed.
