Excuse me, but you said "hiding the books". Assumption on your part.
Have you forgotten that this is a one year old company that is combining other companies as divisions? You just do not take every company's books and combine them into one report bingo! This is an on-going changing enterprise.

Listen, I am glad that jhild has at least one friend left. I hate to see anyone utterly friendless in this world.

I don't invest based on blind luck chance. I certainly don't make any investment decisions based on anything on these threads. Especially from an established liar like jhild.

Now about your "blind-chance luck sort of thing" comment. All I can say is sorry but I'm not that stupid. I guess most of the people you converse with must be, but I am not. I believe in doing research on a company before investing in it. You should try it.

This comment of yours has really got me scratching my head: "Look at all the non-reporting paper they flog on the bulletin board, observe the chart patterns." Who is this "they" you are referring to? I don't really know who "they" are. Are "they" people that only you can see? And what is "non-reporting paper" The paper I read is full of reporting, so I'm at a loss as to what you are talking about on that one. And whoever "they" are, why do you think they "flog on the bulletin board" "all the non-reporting paper"?

Sorry, but you sound a bit confused to me. Maybe you should tell jhild his break is over and its time for him to come back to the keyboard.

"Ask yourself why any publicly-traded company would not post comprehensive audited up-to-date financials. Thats a fair question. I guess the fair answer would be that the law does not require it. We know that it will be required for all OTCBB stocks soon, but those of us who are up-to-speed on such things know that those regulations have not yet gone into effect.

Finally, you say: "At the end of the day, I think you're lying, and you're doing it to pump a non-reporting otc-bb promotion. " Well, of course you are entitled to your opinion. I guess the facts will have to speak for themselves. Everyone knows what a pumper looks like, the kinds of things they say, etc. If, like jhild, you wish to believe your own nonsense, in spite of lack of facts to support such nonsense and in light of facts to the contrary, be my guest. But you are going to have as little credibility as he has and sound just as nuts.

To marcos:
With this statement I ban you to ignore. You have not just lost any and all credibility.

You've stated a number of times that jhild has lied here. I know jhild as a knowledgeable, informed, and thoughtful poster. All you've been able to present so far to back up your accusation has been semantic twisting. At the end of the day, I think you're lying, and you're doing it to pump a non-reporting otc-bb promotion.
