Actually flodyie Bevex is one of two answers. According the the fraudnancials((c)1999 Real Money) if your talking about name then yes the CMGI(not AOL) of Asia ZSUN used to be BEVEX, a soda fountain company in Utah. But if your talking about auditing, well then ZSUN used to be Momentum, that 800k sales/year printer in Manila. So ZSUN was born either from a printing company in the Phillipines with annuals sales probably less than that of the typical Kinko's, or from an all but bankrupt stock selling operation known as Bevex that Francoise himself admits had Cragun as a backer. You know i've seen Cragun referred to as a Mormon, is he? It seems a little odd that a Mormon, a religion that does not tolerate the ingestion of caffeine as it's seen as a drug, would invest heavily in Bevex, a company whose main purpose it is to supply cheap mainly caffeine laden beverages to people everywhere. Of course a member of any religion that sees no problem with charging someone $5 for a share of stock worth $1.50 leaves me scratching my head as well.
Of course I do admire the thriftyness. Why get new offices and phone numbers, company executives, auditing firms etc., just reuse the same ones, with a different company name. After all, there's never been so many stupid people investing in the market before, why waste the effort covering tracks that they'll never look for anyway.
