To All: The assessment of the compensation plan that has Bill S. getting 2 cents for every 1 cent in earnings is so painfully wrong I cannot believe we are discussing it. Do you really think that Paul Tudor Jones, John Malone, and Tom Wolzien would not have seen and approved of this plan? Do you think that they make investments in companies where management makes 2 times as much as they do? Come on people, do your homework!! I will study this compensation plan tonight and render my opinion, but it is really not necessary. Investing alongside the gentlemen listed earlier should be all the due diligence required on these types of matters. Scott
