As a short, I love buying books from Amazon. I get a great deal on price, and I am helping to bring down a company which I am short. You can't ask for a better deal.

I have placed over 50 orders in 3 years with Amazon. They have the best customer
service I have ever experienced. I will continue to buy from them-- even if the books are
cheaper elsewhere -- because I believe in what they are doing. I am not alone.

What is it they are doing exactly?
