I just got off the phone with Alan Abrams. He told me that the auditors were having problems finishing their report. He said that he didn't know why. Question: When will the financials be done? Answer: I hope within the next couple of weeks. Question: Will we be receiving a PR shortly or will the financials be our next PR? Answer: There will be a PR out before the financials. We are waiting for some other (pieces of the puzzle) to fall in place. Question: Is Microphonics in discussion with Penske? Answer: I won't deny that. My commentary: I am not happy that the financials have been delayed AGAIN. This really puts a credibility strain on this stock and I made Alan realize that. (Not that he didn't know that before.) The next PR will put more legitimacy on this stock and put us at a higher base. I am going to wait and see what happens with the stock in the next couple of days and maybe buy some more on Wednesday in anticipation of the next PR. IOMH
