"It gets a little tiresome to here the endless excuses about why a company can't file. A good CFO can get the basic accounting systems and controls in place in 3-4 weeks. From a reputable firm, an audit takes at most 6-8 weeks from contract signing to the issuance of a draft report."

I could not agree with you more. And I think we are now within your 6-8 week time frame. I can hardly wait!
