Hello all, I am a newbie to GLBN, base on what I am reading. I know Paul Ellen Owns TSCN, but TSCN only invest 9.9% of GLBN. And I need some information on this stock: Total Shares outstanding 52.5m share in float 42.0m Share insiders holding 10.5m so 9.9% of 10.5m 1.0m So does this mean that TSCN made approximately $4m investment? Is this the same Paul Ellen that just filed to sell 1.7m shares of MSFT? Please don't get me wrong. I am not bashing nor hyping GLBN. I really like GLBN, but I need more information to make a sound Investment. I have been killed by penny stocks too many time. I have been doing good with the big cap, and have some cash to invest for a long term. Sincerely, and good luck to everyone.
