stock4u: now you say IVT is 15 years old. Then you say IVT is a young company - 15 yrs is hardly young. Then you say that Joel doesn't know how old they are. He is merging with, and moving in with a company that he doesn't know anything about? Well, this does make sense, because that is Joel - totally out of it.

What exactly are you saying, because I think that this stock IS 4u.

The question many of us have on our minds is :
How can we becme a NAZ listed stock without a "reverse split".
Applying for a listing is one thing. but VTPI would have to have a stock value of $5 ( I think) for that to happen and without a reverse or some such transaction that would seem a long ways off>

Of course we would like to see the stock just run up to %4 and moot the question :-)))
