They delayed setting me up....as if my check would bounce or whatever. By the time they said I was good to go, they had me scheduled to get Version 3.01

They finally told me Thursday to download the software. Now, I cannot just take the freakin' computer down as Tradestation should not be up and down like a yo-yo so I waited until Thursday night and tried and the Site was "Not Found".

Friday, the site was there but a note said the Software was not ready, but should be there later in the day.

Saturday, Sunday, no software.

This morning, 25 minutes before the Open....Software.

Downloaded it and it took out Tradestation for probably half the day.

So, I not only have my money tied up, I also cannot trade at the other place because I am going back and forth with LeoWeb technicians plus my Tradestation data is now corrupted.

It does not take a genius to figure out that a new client should not be used to beta test buggy software, so at this point my view of LeoWeb is not very high. Their Techs try hard but the software is totally messed up. They don't even offer me the version you have...this is fairly foolish Business Practice, wouldn't you say?

Couple that with LeoWeb being down one day last week, plus the fact that I and my money are idled for at least another day.

I would advise you to watch your step downstream.

I thought that I would kill the evening trying to send it in again but they have taken it off the site for re-engineering it appears.

I think LeoWeb must have this Moral Imperative to completely destroy people's lives during the trading day by making the software only available during trading hours so you can crash your computer, other software, and your trading account balance at in One Swell Foop.
