Their debt has been downgraded again. That is the bad news. The good news is stocks don't get much cheaper than PTX did on Friday. Not without announcing bankruptcy! I may stay on the sidelines a bit longer because rather than paying off debt I think PTX should announce a significant share repurchase plan. PTX at 3 3/8's with a 7% dividend. The dividend may not last long but the stock will recover given time. That would bring a significant return to sender.
